It confirms autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's which SlowDragon touched on in your first thread.

The antibodies attack and gradually destroy the thyroid, and they fluctuate causing fluctuations in symptoms and test results.

You can help reduce the antibodies by adopting a strict gluten free diet which has helped many members here. Also supplementing with selenium L-selenomethionine 200mcg daily and keeping TSH suppressed can help reduce them.
