Spasm

Hi everyone, I have hypothyroidism and just wondered if anyone else has suffered spasms of the foot. I have never had this before but all Morning about every 5 minutes or so my foot keeps going into spasm and it is quite painful. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou x

It can be relaxing so best taken at night. Also there is a type of Magnesium Oil you buy from Better You on Amazon that is massaged into the skin.

There are many different types of Magnesium so choose carefully ....

You can also bathe in magnesium by adding Epsom Salts to water.

......check the label carefully and don't go for "magnesium oxide", that is more used as a laxative as in milk of magnesia!

You want a magnesium ending in ate such as magnesium citrate or magnesium taurate or magnesium glycinate (sometimes seen as biglycinate).

Vast swathes of the population are deficient in this essential mineral.
