I live on a tropical island and have been diagnosed with Hashi for the past 5 years. Been noticing that by November to December I will get severe calf spasms that wake me up. Currently I'm on Levo 137.5mcg, Vit D drops and recently added calcium citrate but because of spacing concerns I must times forget. Help please on your thoughts for terrible spasms!

I'm sorry you're troubled with pain. It would be helpful if you could post your latest blood test results, with the ranges, so that members can respond.
If you've not had a recent blood test ask for a Full Thyroid Function Test, TSH, T4,T3, Free T4 and Free T3 (T3 is important as it is the active hormone we need in our cells for us to function). Also, if you've note had vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate checked these may be deficient and also cause problems.
When you get your next blood test for thyroid make the earliest appointment and fast (you can drink water). Leave about 24 hours between your last dose of levo and the test and take levo afterwards.
Get a print-out of your blood test results, with the ranges, and if you have a query post for comments.
