Vitamin D is probably better if about 100 although the lab states it's within range, at 80.8 it's only just above deficiency <75. You could either get out into the sun for 15/20 mins every day or supplement a low dose through the winter, Oct-March and then stop for the summer. If you supplement you need to retest every 6 months as you should not go over range. Vitamin D can accumulate so you don't want to go over range. Your body stores vitamin D so if you get out enough in the summer you may have some stores to see you through the winter.

What about ferritin, B12 and folate? Any results for those?
