Im thinking there is room for improvemnt - What do you all think? Any advice greatfully recieved! Last bloods were 8 weeks ago.

Ferritine: 310 - (20-204) last time 139 (clearly I am taking too much now)

TSH: 0.003 (0.004 - 3.100) last time 0.99

T4: 14.1 (9.0 - 19.0) last time 10.5

T3: 4.5 (2.6 - 5.7) last time 3.1

This is me taking: 1x Euthyral plus 25mcg Levo plus 12.5 T3.

Where labs done after fasting and no thyroid hormones for 24 hours prior? Where ther no results for Vit D, B12 and folate?

yes

I took my 2 iron tablets at 10pm last night then nil by mouth - bloods done at 9am this morning.

Oops iron needs to be stopped a period of time prior or it gives a false reading - SeasideSusie is more knowledgeable in this area tho. See her posts on supplement protocol

Yes you're right Rusy. I understand that iron should be left off for about 4-5 days.
