help. I am trying to get all my bloods to optimum levels. However some results and follow ups have me baffled. One test i cant understand is MCH levels. Mine is high 34.5 range 27.0- 32,0. i have read that this relates to oxygen being transported through the body. If my oxygen levels are low usually 93 on pulse oxemiter how can my MCH levels be high

Elvera111,

High MCH can indicate B12 or folate anaemia and hypothyroidism. Have B12 and folate been checked recently?

This link explains what MCH is and why MCH may be high.
