Hi, I have been suffering with night time sweating especially when I wake up in the morning and hot flashes during day time. Could somebody with similar experience advice me what to do about it?

Ask GP to check your B12 and folate levels. Night sweats can be due to low B12

Also get vitamin D and ferritin levels checked

All these are often low when hypo

Sounds like perimenopause. Get your sex hormones tested as they are most likely out of whack.

HRT (estrogen patch, oral progesterone, transdermal cream w/testosterone & progesterone) eliminated all my symptoms.
