If you have a prescription you can get T3 dispensed from any high street pharmacy. If they don't have it in stock it should only take a day or two obtain Mercury Pharma if you can afford £258+ for 28 x 20mcg tablets. Otherwise you can use your 20mcg prescription to buy Thybon for €35.15 via versandapo.de/en/0/7498960/...
