Well, I have not heard of this.
What dose Levothyroxine did you start on? The 50mcg?
Were you diagnosed with Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism or was just Hypothyroidism mentioned?

I started Levothyroxine a few months ago and it certainly gave me headaches, never ever had them before.
