How much approximately would ft3 increase of you increase your levothyroxine by 25mcg?

Could an increase by 25mcg get ft3 levels up enough?

Is that when I increase levothyroxine by 25mcg not liothyronine? Am only taking levothyroxine at three moment but want to add T3.

So maybe I should wait to order T3 then? What would the optimal level of ft3 be in that range?

Last results before levo increase was

Ft4 18.5(12-22)

Ft34.1(3.1-6.8)

Still feel ill been on this dose of levo for 10 weeks now🙁

There is scope to increase Levothyroxine dose to raise FT4 and FT3. Why not try that before ordering T3?

FT3 4.1 isn't unduly low but you may feel better with it higher. The optimal FT3 level is usually between 5.0 - 6.8.

Are ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate levels good?

Yes, they are all optimal according to advice taken from this site. I have increased the levothyroxine by 25mcg after that result but still feel ill.

Latest ft4 after last increase is 19.4 (10-19.8) so can't increase levothyroxine any more.

Don't know yet, will do private test next week. Will go away on holiday for 2 weeks and can't order T3 from there so was thinking ordering if it's likely that I will need it. It feels like that since I'm not feeling well still. That way I could start when I come back from holiday otherwise I would have to wait another 2 weeks for the T3 to arrive.
