You are undermedicated. Most people taking NDT need FT3 between 5.0 - 6.8 to feel well. FT4 is often lower than when on Levothyroxine, sometimes below range as yours is now. I would increase by 1/2 grain now and again in 2 weeks and hold at 3 grains for 6-8 weeks and retest before increasing further.
Did you have a gap of 24 hours between your last dose of Armour and the test? Was it a fasting test? If not your results may be skewed.
Blood tests were invented for levothyroxine alone, i.e. T4 alone so if we take NDT or add T3 to T4 numbers will not add up. I shall give a link which might be helpful:
Also this doctor only took a blood test for the initial consultation and if patient was hypo, etc thereafter it was all about how the patient felt on adding small increases about every week or two until they had relief of all symptoms. Checking pulse/temp was important.
