B12 and Folate

I got my results from scary doc of 528 and 'over 20'. This is normal I was told. What does everyone think?

Not really possible to say without ranges.Top of head says folate OK ,B12 OK but even better if higher 700-900.

B12 528 and Folate >20 are good. No need to supplement.

what levels of B12 and folate are you supplementing with.

folate is over top of range so you are probably supplementing more than you need.

Whether or not B12 is okay requires looking at whether you are symptomatic of B12 deficiency and exactly what does of B12 you are using.

I'm not supplementing anything bar the odd multivitamin and mineral. I have pins and needles a lot. I also have palpitations and indigestion, not sure they're relevant.
