Had bloods done and my tsh is 0.04 can anyone tell me what this means. Anti-tpo is 476.4 iu/no and crp is 13mg/l.

TSH is fine. TPO is high indicating you have hashimoto's disease. Crp is an indication of inflammation likely caused by the above.

If you have on going symptoms these can be due to low vitamin levels. Common with Hashimoto's. If you have test results for vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin post them here. If not been done ask GP to check
Hashimoto's affects the gut, (leaky gut) often with hidden food intolerances, most common is gluten intolerance.
