never weighed last week had a husband in ICU with blood sugar of 66 and ketones off scale. So not consciously aware and recording food log etc 😢. However, husband now out of hospital and fine he was very lucky. Back on track but weight loss 0.8lb 😓. Total loss to date 36.9lb. My other prob (lovely problem) am going on holiday again nxt Tuesday paid for by my lovely daughter's for my birthday. So gunna do a weigh Monday morning prior to flying Tuesday morning j x
