Not sure if asking for anything specific but tsh looked a little high in June so assuming you've increased dose on this basis since then and getting the retests today to see if better on new dose?

Your B12, Ferritin and D are all low. We need them to be at least half way up the range to be able to use thyroid hormones properly and to feel well. If you are taking thyroid hormones you are under medicated - TSH needs to be around 1.

If you are not currently diagnosed, then the tsh is okayish although not optimal and could be other issues behind it. If you want a more in depth look to see if thyroid okay, you will need up to date TSH, T4, T3 and antibodies :-)

How much vitamins do I take and when is it the best time.

Your vit results are too old to give any suggestions as will be irrelevant now. You should retest. The only recent one is ferritin which could do with being higher :-)

You should also get a full blood count for further info on iron anaemia
