Sibo SOS - A Must Watch Series

If you felt Izabella Wentz's series, The Thyroid Secret was educational, you will get your PhD with sibosos.com but it is still understandable. After many years trying to figure out the thyroid problem which then turned into a study of the gut problem which then began the search into stealth infections which appears to me the REAL problem. These interviews which are still streaming give amazing information and I guarantee you will have many aha moments. Tick borne diseases and food poisoning in the past (anywhere in your past) could be the instigators setting up stealth infections of the gut and which then can cause a cascade of symptoms. I can't emphasize enough that almost every symptom from brain fog to the pain in your elbow can be involved. An ileocecal valve which is more or less the doorman to areas of the intestine can be stuck.....either open or closed..... but did you know high cortisol can shut all the valves? The series exposes so many of the secrets inside your body which to me gives hope there are answers and treatments to follow.

I may post significant light bulb moments as they rerun the series. SIBO has only been known for about ten years and though I am no expert it certainly appears to be a major discovery in chronic disease.

Thank you amas, I can see why people would buy this series but to have it for free is a huge blessing. I keep finding the answers to my problems and today I'm going to write about adhesions because it is the source of pain that no one talks about.

Doctors have informed me many times that adhesions don't hurt.

I believe them of course. :P

Yeah, right. :x

Hi HB, this is SUCH A SIGNIFICANT finding, I'm going to post a synopsis from Drs. Warn. Did you know that Collagen Type 2 has a strength of 2000 pounds per square inch??? Adhesions can last your entire life, I should say WILL last for your entire life. If you cannot straighten out your back, it's probably adhesions pulling you down. That segment was so good because it was quite by accident that women who had blocked fallopian tubes were found to be healed after this therapy. Of course finding someone who can do it is another thing.

I know breaking adhesions in the hospital after a car accident is really very painful but not the method they use in the abdominal area. I was hoping he would explain the process but we're going to have to find out what exactly they do. Perhaps on the various websites of these people in astonishingly enlightened interviews by the incredible Ms. Sarna who has been through all of these therapies and knows which questions to ask. I'm dumbfounded to say the least.

that is sooo interesting helouise.

i am plagued by very bad back-pain since childhood (13/14y). nothing being done about it because in the 60se children don't get headaches or backpain! approx 12 years ago i was in too much pain to handle it by myself and rushed to the doctor. he listnend to me and came up with the explanation:

"you must have injued a muscle in the back at one stage of your life and it scared over. the scare is contracting at times due to a wrong movement and trowes your spine out of alignment."

he prescribed me Valium to relax the muscel and scar and it helped!! normally it would take me 3 weeks to cure it under pain, by being carefull and wear a back brace.

there you are, simple words for simple people, i don't think he has known about the adhesions....could he?

in reply to

mojas, smart doctor. I wish Dr. Warn had said what they do to break down the scar tissue. I have had trigger point work and it has helped but I don't think it is the same thing.

I'm sure any surgeon will know about adhesions because they SEE them if they do another surgery. Why is it such a secret is the thing. But a lot of information is coming out thank goodness for the internet.

I've also encouraged proteolytic enzymes which you might derive even more benefit. They eat scar tissue and extra fibrin that forms blood clots. I think lots of people have that problem as well....sticky blood.

I'm glad you liked the summary.

in reply to

thanks helouise for the proteolytic enzymes name, i will look it up. it is too late to cure my back pain, as i must have prolapses of some vertebrate somehow and went along with the crippling pain until the last xray i had for my back actually showed what is wrong. due to the decades of back-pain, i known i had 3 different kinds of pain and what to do to keep on going because no doctor believed my pain until the one 12 years ago and this year. too late to do anything about it!! xx

jesus...StoneS. that is a LOT of information! there is no way i can take all that in! not with my muddled brain. i put it as a bookmark and read it bit by bit. Thank you for the link.

I do like Jon Barron. A few years ago I tried enzymes before he made his formula and I'm sure he makes a quality enzyme. William Wong also makes his own formula as he did not think the U.S. was capable and I think he makes his in India. It seemed a consensus that India had much better laboratory methods. Wong also thought the addition of Nattokinase altered something when in combination or some reason he didn't include it. Have you tried any of them?

I remember my late mother being doubled up with pain and being rushed off to hospital suffering from...........Adhesions. So I'd say they DO hurt.

Adhesions can hurt. I had an appendicitis which was mild enough to survive with just antibiotics. For several years after, I had pains which were explained as adhesions.
