Help with tsh levels

I have just had my blood results can someone explain to me what is wrong?

t3 4.7

T4 10.8

Tsh 0.16

Your Ft3 is slightly too low (aim for >=4.9). Your FT4 is bottom of range, which is fine if you are on NDT or T3 (but if you aren't it should be >=16.5). TSH is under rnage, which again is quite usual for those on meds esp if on T3 or NDT. But it tends to get GPs upset as they don't really know a lot about the thyroid.

Im not on any meds. What do you suggest i do and say to my gp as she says no action needed.

If you have hypo symptoms, mention secondary or central hypothryoidism or a pituitary problem, as both FT4 and TSH are low and ask for an endo referral. GPs aren't taught to recognise anything except primary hypo and hyper, so seeing low TSH with low FT4 but normal FT3 just makes no sense to them. Don't know your how FT3 is normal with such low FT4, though. Not taking any supplements which might boost Free t3?

Not even B vitamins including biotin or an OTC thyroid support supplement?
