Your test results show a TSH of 3.25 (0.27-4.2), which is at the high end of normal. Something like 95% of people with normal thyroids have a TSH between 0.5 and 1.5 (from a norwegian academic paper). This means you could be heading towards having an underactive thyroid but doctors won't treat you while your result is still in range. Some doctors in the UK won't treat until your TSH goes over 10. Sometimes people have a high TSH due to some other underlying health condition e.g. an infection, which is why doctors won't normally treat mild hypothyroidism until someone has had 2 test results 3 months apart with a TSH over range. You don't have autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimotos) because your antibody counts are in range. Your FT4 and particularly your FT3 level are good.

What time did you have the test done? TSH varies during the day and is highest first thing in the morning. You have a high Vitamin B12 level - are you supplementing? All your other results look good.
