Anyone on Facebook, if you'd like to comment on my latest post, feel free. At the moment I can't do much to influence events, but any publicity is good publicity. I must warn you, I have gone completely mad!

I'm getting angry now.

Am I missing something? The link above goes to your timeline and the latest post is 25 Feb from a visitor to your page?

I don't do Facebook Stevie. What are you mad about?
The link says page not available.
Same here...cannot see any new post. 🤔
I think only friends can see your post. All I see is your timeline.
Stevie, share with us on HU what you have done. For those of us that don't do Facebook 😦
Sorry, guys. Thanks for looking - don't know how to help... i've just posted a couple of comments on my timeline. As follows. It was me getting really mad after reading some recent posts on here.
You bloody stupid doctors!!! Why can you not see that TSH is a useless indicator of thyroid health??? TSH is a messenger from the pituitary to the thyroid to produce the pre-hormone T4; it does not give any indication of the amount of ACTIVE hormone, T3, in the body's cells. It is Free T3 that is the important measure. YOU ARE KEEPING THYROID PATIENTS SICK WITH YOUR STUPID ADHERENCE TO OUTDATED SCIENCE. And you blasted endos are just as bad. how dare you reduce life-saving medicines on the basis of a pre-hormone. WISE UP!!!
I am sick to death of hearing tales of people who were doing well on their prescribed hormones only to have them become unwell because their medicines have been reduced on the basis of a TSH test which gives no indication whatsoever of their overall hormonal health. It is tantamount to negligence.
Yep, there's been a good few posts recently shining a ******* great spotlight on medical ineptitude. It's sickening.
It's consoling though that like us, their resilience gets them to this forum where they can get support and guidance from the thyroid angels on here, and gain the confidence to challenge the BS being spouted and/or take control back for their health.
Dr (Prof ???) Toft's report can't come soon enough.
Interesting post to read. Are you able to give advice as to what range our free T3 should be? I have been taken off T3and have been feeling very unwell since. Would be very pleased to have your advice. Ann Simpson
Upper quarter of range, Ann.
My free T3 is 3.74 (3.10 - 6.80). How do you think that is? And would poor conversion be helped with T3? Ann Simpson
Ann. I am now out of my comfort zone. If the top of the T3 range is 6.8 and you are currently at 3.74, something needs to happen to raise your T3 so it resides in the upper quarter. If that means going back on T3 then, so be it. If you can't get it prescribed, you may have to look for it elsewhere. Let me repeat, I may be happy to do a bit of shouting about poor treatment, but I ain't no doctor.
Thank you for your quick reply. And I am not a doctor either! Ann Simpson
Ann, why don't you post your own question, rather than piggy-backing someone else's? You'd get a lot more replies from more experienced people.
You need to make your comment 'public' on FB
Have you seen the T3 action group on FB?
Have made the post public post now
I have left FB & don't want to rejoin
