Seriously my middle finger hurts, not joint pain , more so nerve type me think, related to my painful wrists.
However, I am tempted to go and show it to doctor I doubt they would do anything about it, but hey can't miss a chance to show my middle finger to doctors!

My vit D shouldn't be low as I have been supplementing for three months. First 75 mcg for two months and then 60 mcg. Getting retested soon. I wasn't seriously deficient but low.
I have used sprays which I hope absorbed better.
B12 I have been supplementing as well and active test was 80% which I assume is decent, but I could do better and go back on higher dosage of B12.
I do have mild hyper mobility which isn't helping the situation!
Since becoming more housebound I have been using my lap top more than usual, I have now noticed how sore my middle finger on my right hand gets, plus the finger nail does not grow as fast as other fingers, obviously it has something to do with over use of my mouse!
