Is it possible for somebody to Pm re T3 Thank you

The above link takes you to your post of two years ago and the discussion that took place. I answered at that time - so am wondering how you are doing with supplementing and improving your levels of important nutrients. T3 will not work well if all those levels are still bumping along the bottom.

I am not being negative - I am a T3 fan - but feel the basics must be addressed before trying - as you could otherwise be very disappointed.

Hi Marz

Thank you for responding I did have really low D3 but was given injection and take D3 on a daily basis My B12 I was given 3 monthly injections all over were ,all above normal Thank you

When were you last tested? Because if you stop supplementing, levels can quickly drop again.

2 weeks ago,was expecting all to be low but all back and middle to higher range. Thought it strange as feel so depleted.

As Marz says, if we dont have very good levels of vitamin D, folate, B12 & ferritin it doesn't matter what we take, we'll struggle to use it & then can feel hypo & hyper

Also do you know if you have Hashimoto's (high antibodies) if so have you tried changing to gluten free diet
