Reducing dose

Symptoms I am experiencing are constipation, tiredness, heavy menstrual bleeds, brain fog, concentration lapses, muscle cramps, feeling cold, leg weakness, pale skin, ears ringing. I have been advised to reduce my 200mcg levo and 20mcg T3 down to 50mcg levo and cutting out T3 for hypothyroidism diagnosed in 2013. when can I expect an improvement in levels please? thank you

You had some good advice on your previous post. If you stop meds for a couple of days then restart at the lower dose symptoms should start to improve over the coming weeks.
