I didnt believe it when I started my voyage but going gluten free & dairy free has helped me alot!

Hi. I just joined today too. Thank you for saying hello. I have found that gluten and dairy upset my system, I wish that our conditions with doctors more understanding and they paid more attention to this. All the best to you also

I so agree about the doctors taking the time to listen!!! Here in the US its an incredible strughle maneuvering thru the conventional healthcare system & fortunately I recently learned of an intergrative office that my imsurance took & I jumped at the chance. I have great hope for you as you already took steps w dietary interventions , I feel things fall into motion as one is ready & obviously we botg are! Thank you for your well wishes & taking tge time to write being so late at night! 😊🌺
