Because my TSH is at 0.14 and I still feel flaky.

Well then, knowledge is power, so I would go for it Because it includes RT3, it should give you everything you need to move forward. Although it is a little more expensive than tests which exclude RT3...

Elizabeth333 Unless you have reason to believe you are making reverse T3 rather than free T3 then you don't need the rT3 included. Is your FT4 very high or over range and your FT3 low in range? If not then go for the Ultravit, without the rT3, I think it's £99. That will included the full thyroid panel, including antibodies, plus all the important vitamins and minerals.

If you are taking Levo and on a high dose and still have what appear to be hypo symptoms, with a high or over range FT4 and low in range FT3 that can indicate you might be making rT3.
