Nd advice pls,my weakness has got worse again,shud I do nothing or continue to go to my pals for 4 few hrs every day,nothing helps,FL like I can't go on ,can hardly get out of bed at tttimes exept to make meals ,take medication an toilet,an got to force myself to go out,pls help,thanks

Lizzielaylaya I have read your last posts and the only thing I can suggest as we don't have your thyroid results is that you ask your doctor what he is going to do about your B12 reading. The results say it's low so he should be advising you what to do about it.

I'm on b12 injections,its my vitmn d they think s causing problems but theyl no retest,last b 12 level was,value,1616.0,range 20_900

When did you have your Vit D tested and what was the result? And if they think it is your Vit d level, what are they going to do about it?
