Lizzie, you will need to ask the surgery for a copy of your latest thyroid tests with the ranges.
Without this information we cannot advise you. Never mind what the doctor said. It is important. Ask on Monday for your results and make sure the ranges are also stated. Ranges are in brackets after the results.
I am really sorry you are struggling so much on your own and it can be very scarey.
