A bit hard going at first.. but keep reading.. my personal interest is how stress affects thyroid hormone and how time released t3 could be the answer... I'm literally in awe of what I just read! So much mention of how and why TSH doesn't measure what's really going on.. and why giving T4 only in some circumstances can do more harm than good!!

As always I'm skeptical of everything I read.. but this makes sense to me? Be glad of anyones opinions on this?

Very interesting though will have to read it many times more to take it all in! Butvit mentions a few things we have suspected so good to see that in black and white.

Thank you for posting.

Good article and includes all relevant studies. Anyone know if NAH is a respected source by endos?

What a great find pam13, enforces much that has been said on here re: vitamins, tsh not good indicator of thyroid function, reverse t3 and much more, particular interest to me about the t3 and how it helps with depression and bi polar patients.maybe the newspaper reporter who was on here the other day would be interested in this article sorry can't remember his name, if anybody else can remember maybe you could alert him to this post.

This is a great website. I especially like the information regarding the effects on other hormones, & have passed on the information several times.
