Night time anxiety

Hi , I have a question for you lovely and knowledgeable people on here , Does anyone suffer from night time anxiety?

I have hashis , I suffer from anxiety among other symptoms but it is a lot worse at night , from about tea time , it calms down after I take my sleeping pill around ten , just wondered if anyone else suffers from this ?

  • If your not already on a gluten free diet, then try this. It has to be absolutely 100%, but many of us with Hashimotos find it really helps.

    What's your vitamin D, folate, ferritin & B12 levels like?

    Improving vitamin D can reduce anxiety.

    Have you tried a good probiotic and fermented foods like kefir?

    I've tried gluten free a few times , it didn't help

    My vitamins levels are all normal
