Elimination diet

I've been hypothyroid since 2005. I had my antibodies checked at my last blood test in April. Thyroid peroxide antibodies <33 (0-59) & TPO interpretation negative. So obviously I don't have hashimotos. I've gone gluten free recently as I also have IBS & this seems to have helped with that. I've read about the paleo diet but is that only for people with autoimmune conditions?

I don't think it is necessary to have an autoimmune condition to change to this diet. These are a couple of links:-
