A recent blood level result...please could someone tell me if i need more levo or less i take at the moment 125mg a day

Serum Free Triiodothryronine Level ( XaERq ) is 5.1

Serum TSH Level ( XaELV is 0.18

Hope this is what i should have put

At the mo i take 125mg daily of levothyroxine

Hey, Blue. We need all your results - and their ranges in brackets after. Example: Free T4 15.00 (11.00-22). Then the experts here can comment

And when I say all your results I mean:

TSH.

Free T4

Free T3

And it would help if you have had tests for anti-bodies - Hashimoto's or Graves.

As well as:

Vit D

Ferratin

Folate

Vit B12

Which are all crucial to advising vis conversion from T4 to T3.

The ranges are very important as they differ from lab to lab so without them we should just be guessing. I often get my results in letter form and no ranges mentioned so if that's the case you can ring the lab where your blood was sent to and they will tell you
