Elevated ferritin any advice please

On it's own with iron panel results in range it's meaning less.

Do you have recent TSH, FT4 and FT3 levels with ranges? As one likely cause is under medicated thyroid disease causing inflammation.

Where you taking iron supplements? Do you have a recent full blood count? As another likely cause is iron supplementation.

Do you feel run down? As failing that if you have any other autoimmune disease or chronic disease it is possible to have an elevated ferritin level.

Hi my ferritin seems to be goi g up on each blood test

Tsh 0.02 (0.27 - 4.2)

T4 15.3 (12.22.0)

T3 5.76 (3.1-6.8)

No iron supplements were taken 2 weeks prior to test

Since you have said "No iron supplements were taken 2 weeks prior to test" it implies you were on iron supplements at some point.

If you were then it isn't surprising your ferritin level has risen. So don't take any iron supplements at all.

Then if you want to take some, get a ferritin test plus a full blood count before you supplement to check you actually need them some people are fine without them.
