A clinical trial is underway of a potential new therapy for

Graves’ disease based on restoring the normal balance

of the immune system

If you can answer ‘yes’ to the

following questions you might

be able to participate:

• Have a diagnosis of Graves’ disease and are not taking

anti-thyroid therapy and have not had either

thyroid surgery or radioactive iodine treatment

• Are aged 18-65 • Are not pregnant or breastfeeding

If you are interested in taking part in this clinical trial

and would like more information please follow this

British Thyroid Foundation link:

btf-thyroid.org/get-involve...

or call us on any of the following numbers

without any obligation:

Have you recently been diagnosed with Graves’ disease,

(sometimes called hyperthyroidism or over-active

thyroid) and would you like to help in the development

of a potential new treatment for your condition?

If you take part, you will receive all of your study medication and studyrelated

care from a dedicated team of medical staff at no cost, and you will be

reimbursed for your time and inconvenience for taking part in the study.
