Okay so I know it's pretty late for a lot of you that will be reading this right after I post this. But I was searching through my cupboards for apple cider vinegar for possible food poisoning, I can acrossed my pau d arco tea that my grandmother had given me a while back when I found out I might have cancer. Which I've recently just been told I need more testing done. But anyway's. I remember how helpful and amazing this tea actually works! I mean one time I was having a severe allergic reaction to a medication that caused my throat and tongue to start swelling up, so I grabbed the tea I had made and started pretty much chugging it from being so scared and frantic from the reaction. Within 15 minutes of drinking it, my tongue and throat started to open back up. I could literally feel my throat unswelling. It was amazing! And I remembered some of the other properties it gave, a long with researching a little more about it. It clears up your lymph system, and helps inflammation! It also helps with autoimmune diseases, and also clears up your skin. You don't only have to use it for tea. You can use it in your bath, and you can made a serum for your face and body out of it. From experience it gave me so much energy! And for those who need help losing weight, it can also help with that. I've heard so many amazing things from this tea. But most of all, I've experienced the amazing properties it has. I really wanted to share this with any of you who had no clue about this. It's been so helpful to me. When I was sick with the flu or cold, or just helping with an allergic reaction and pimples! hahaha. If any of you do trying this tea it's not the best tasting at first. Frankly I think it tastes like earwax at first. But after about a day of drinking a couple of cups, it starts tasting like cinnamon. Also keep in mind that since it helps clean out your blood stream, and can be used to help with pain and inflammation. I wouldn't take any anti-inflammatory pain killers with this. And make sure to ask your doctor if you take any medications before consuming the tea. (: All in all. Try it if you can! It's really amazing and life changing. And I will definitely be drinking this tea starting tomorrow!
