Recommendation of doctors willing to treat with current blood tests

Hello,

Trying to find a London doctor who would be open minded to treating me, as not having any luck with my NHS doctor as blood results are "normal", even though I'm having several hypo symptoms and am really struggling. I had my right thyroid removed 6 years ago due to large benign tumor, in the last year I've been really noticing symptoms and they are getting worse. Willing to pay someone but want to find right person as funds are limited. Does anyone have personal recommendations?

These were the test results I received last week from a private blood test.

TSH 3.51 mIU/L

T4 total 83.2 nmol/L

Free T4 14.96 pmol/L

Free T3 4.32 pmol/L

Anti-Thyroidperoxidase abs 11.5

Anti-Thyroglobulin Abs <10

Thank you!
