Suppressed Tsh of 0.08. Have fibromyalgia. Had to take mega dowse of vitD twice but level now very good. Complained to my doctor of extreme, extreme fatigue. Used to take synthyroid as I had a goiter but have been off meds since early 2015. Kinda concerned. Any ideas of what this could mean?

If you're not on any thyroid meds you may be hyper (Graves'). But ideally you should be tested for antibodies, t3 and t4 to see what is really going on. Do you have any other symptoms aside from fatigue? mayoclinic.org/diseases-con...
Is there a chance your fibro is connected? Graves' can cause muscle soreness and weakness.
If you aren't on anything, then you are extremely hyperthyroid if your TSH is 0.08 and suppressed. It's probably causing your fatigue. Go see your doctor. Or get a new doctor, since it sounds like your doctor took your labs and isn't concerned.
You cannot diagnose hyperthyroidism just on the basis of the TSH. It could be suppressed for other reasons. The Frees should also be tested (and ideally, antibodies for both Grave's and Hashi's). If they are over-range, then yes, the OP is hyper, or in a Hashi's hyper swing.
.08 suppressed TSH on no thyroid medicine is out of range. If a .08 TSH and severely fatigue doesn't concern a doctor, I'd be concerned, and get a new doctor. Ideally, the doctor would see the TSH of .08, and run more tests, like FT3, FT4, and Antibodies. If the doctor isn't running more tests, and isn't wondering why her TSH is .08, then that's cause for concern. But most doctors only test for TSH and FT4, and don't want to test for FT3 or antibodies. If she has a TSH of .08 and is severely fatigued, I'd be surprised if she isn't hyper. Been there, done that.
TSH can become irrelevent at low levels if your doc insists on dosing you according to the TSH then change GPs.
Thank you everyone. Don't want to mislead you....my doctor wants me to come back for more testing. I just think it's weird that all my adult life I have been hypo and now it looks as if I may be hyper. What are the percentages that this might be cancer? Anyone know? That is what scares me the most! Thanks again for the input! I appreciate you!
Have a wonderful day!
