I just got my blood result and it says:
hemoglobin 112(lo) [120- 153]
hematocrit 0.328(lo) [0.360 - 0.450]
ferritin 83(hi) [6 - 67]
What does this mean?

Assuming you are not supplementing iron, high ferritin indicates infection or inflammation in the body. Your ferritin is mildly elevated and could be due to something as minor as a virus or cold at the time of testing.
