Hi guys how you all doing?.....

I've not been too great, I'm on an HRT increase, I've broken out in spots...i guess this is what it mean to feel younger? ha ha

I know they will go but its horrible....have to say diet hasn't been that great recently, I've let things slip, but i have been following my vitamin regime so it helps...

Ive ordered another thyroid test from BH, I've been getting a LOT of palpitations recently and a rapid heart beat has woken me in the night so thought it wise to check up again...ive been on 4 grains of NDT much to the disgust of my GP.....oh well hell get over it....my last test was over 6 weeks ago and during that time I've also had the HRT increase. I was told that the HRT may affect the thyroid and i may need to lower the dose so maybe the test will throw up some pointers....i hope that i will get some help from those of you who understand such things! its pointless going to the doctor and certainly won't mention thyroid again to him...im on my own now.

yes I'm on bio identical HRT again private and very expensive but seems to be working well
