I came across this and, some ATA members may be interested. It's a bit too long for me. Excerpt:-

The ATA requests your participation in the following survey. The survey was developed by ATA member, Dr. Jacqueline Jonklaas and researchers interested in how physicians currently treat patients with hypothyroidism, and how practice patterns may change in response to ongoing debates and symposia, and to the expanding field of published literature.

The results of both the current survey and a future survey will be reported together. The survey has been approved by the American Thyroid Association Board of Directors and should take 10-15 minutes to complete.

A Survey of Patients responses and they encourage them to give their feedback. The ATA Conference is on 31st March 2017.

It would be good for all our Gps and Endocrinologists to do this survey. I'm sure feedback to them afterwards would help us tremendously.
