Does anyone know if my folate is high enough to be diagnosed
with macrocytic anemia ?

Surely you need a full blood count for a diagnosis of macrocytic anaemia?
You might look into pernicious anemia. Your B12 is low, getting your methionine cycle moving faster with more B12 will start to use up excess folate.
