Please let me know if this sentence below means that I have skin cancer or not? That's my last medical test.

section shows mild basket weave hyperkeratosis with mild superficial peri vascular lymphocytic infiltrate. No significant pathology.

No significant pathology means there is no disease which would also mean no cancer.

Wouldn't it help if they used language we could understand ? At least medics don't write prescriptions in Latin anymore :)

No significant pathology means no problems of any note, IMO. Google the basket weave and lymphocytic stuff and see what you come up with...

Lulymoon's doctor should have explained to her in lay terms what the report means.

Patients also need to ask for clarification if they don't understand. People should not be made to feel stupid or intimidated by doctors. This only leads to unnecessary added stress.
