I'm down 30lbs now back to my normal weight actually smaller but it took A lot of dedication in the gym&clean eating I take 100 mcg Levothyroxine Dr wants to reduce that tho I went from hyo to hyper

By 'hyper', do you mean your TSH was low? If he only tested the TSH, then refuse to lower your dose. The TSH is irrelevant once you are on thyroid hormone replacment, and he shouldn't be dosing by it. He should be testing at least the FT3.

you look fab. Did you gain weight when you were first put on levo. I'm panicking I've never weighed this much in mt life. It is going up so fast. I'm actually crying. Short of starving i don't know what to do
