I had a bad headache in the middle of night and took some ibuprofen straight after taking levo. I don't do regularly but just curious if ok. to take levo/ ibuprofen/paracetamol at more or less the same time?

I wouldn't do it regularly as you have no way of knowing how it affects absorption but as a one-off it won't hurt.

I very occasionally fail to wake up early to take my meds well away from food but it doesn't seem to make much difference. I don't do it regularly though.

Because levo is a storage hormone, if your absorption is a bit better on one day and worse on another, unless you're very sensitive, over time it generally all evens out.

It's when the doctor doesn't tell you to take it on an empty stomach and you're taking it w food every day, that's when it will make a significant difference to how much levo you're using.
