If you feel there is any problem with the actual medicine, please report it via the Yellow Card scheme. It doesn't matter one jot if you are the only person on the planet having an issue, it needs to be brought up, recorded, and added to the evidence about the product.
(This is why I particularly rant on about pharmacies that decant medicines, especially when they don't give you the batch number and expiry date. The process of reporting asks for that information and you should have it readily available.)
I've had a problem with my last lot of Mercury Pharma T3. I had been thinking it was poor quality or just sugar. I've had hypo symptoms, but wasn't sure if it was the winter weather affecting me & therefore needing more.
Interesting I felt and thought exactly the same way as you about the last batch of t3 which I got last Saturday. I will wait for a few days before I complain.
There is no need whatsoever to ask a GP for a form. See my response above.
We might not always feel GPs do everything we need and want, but knowingly getting them to hand out unnecessary forms seems particularly wasteful of their resources.
I too have been having problems - batch number 83867. Expires march 2017. They are soft and just crumble when trying to split. My new prescription is the same! Also not doing well on it! Have yellow carded it but they promised to get back to me last time and guess what? They never did.
Last year I began to feel ill on t3 only and felt it wasn't doing anything. I accidentally took a double dose "morning and evening" I just wasn't thinking. I didn't feel any different. No overactive symptoms and just felt the same. I yellow carded the batch number and never heard anything.
