How to read and reply to PMs now?

I can no longer read full private messages nor can I reply. What's happening and how do I fix this?

I have not had any such problem so cannot readily appreciate what you are facing. What happens when you click on Messages (under your member name)? Do you see a list of the starts of several message threads? What happens if you click on the title/top line of a message? Does it open the message up? Do you get any error messages?

Can you send new messages?

I can't see you being able to fix this (whatever "this" is!) as it will be a HealthUnlocked issue. Possibly use of a different device, or a different browser or operating system (if feasible) might allow you to get round it for now? Does restarting your device help? Does making sure your system is fully updated help?

Thanks. Hi and good to see you Helvella, haven't seen you on here. I just did a screen shot but see I can't post it so I'll go step-by-step:

Up top, near the left corner header, there's my name and

HealthUnlocked parafluie MyCommunities bell help

I click on parafluie > messages

I get a list of messages, no responses no thread.

First line of the message, nothing more. No thread, no way to see the previous messages.

There is a box on the far right of each message for me to delete.

No reply button.

Clicking does nothing.

I'm sure it's operator error, but don't know what to do. smh

No, just a list of sent messages as above

Hhahahah Just found that I must click directly ON the TITLE of the message and it all opens up. As you said. But I was describing the problem not see your answers.

You are luckly at least you can ask a question. For us 70 years olds with little knowledge of computers it is difficult. I would like to PM back to people but have tried several times without success!
