Debsoxford,

All tablets have fillers, it's not possible to make tablets without them. It is possible that one or more of the fillers in your supplements is causing your headache. You could stop taking the supplements to see whether the headaches resolve and then reintroduce the supplements one at a time every week or two to see which is the villain.

Debsoxford If you do find it is the fillers causing problems, you could check out this brand which says no additives or fillers healthleadsuk.com

I don't use them so can't really comment, just know of them.

I use quite a few supplements.

Yes, the fillers can give you a headache. Prescription drugs have fillers, too, so if you react to them, look for supposedly "inert" ingredients.

I tend to react to corn derivatives (ascorbic acid, cornstarch, maltodextrin, ascorbyl palmitate, etc.), milk derivatives (lactose, whey, etc.), and contaminants like arsenic (found in many magnesium supplements).

And then there are supplements with cheap ingredients, rather than the most bioavailable forms... many people can't tolerate folic acid - they need folate. Magnesium oxide provokes diarrhea, other forms are better. Cyanocobalamin contains cyanide, which the body must detoxify, while methyl, adenosyl, and hydroxocobalamin don't.

Look for supplement companies with high standards for sourcing the most bioavailable non-allergenic ingredients, and who scrupulously test everything that comes into their factory. Thorne Research is an excellent example, but there are many other good companies as well.
