Hi, I am on levo, with Hashi, and extremely high antibodies for both sets. Could I possibly be allergic to the fillers? Is that a daft question - my mind is working overtime.
Thanks

If you are newly diagnosed, it might be that you aren't on sufficient levo yet.
Sometimes it is that some people don't feel so good on a certain make of levo due to fillers/binders. There used to be one Brand name but that was withdrawn so maybe next time prescription is due ask pharmacist if you could try another make.
Been on same brand for last six years, had trouble to begin with and found activas worked better. Every time I increase I get sore throat and trouble with hearing. Just gone up to 100 and feel like I am going deaf! Not converting that well so maybe that has something to do with it.
100mcg isn't too high a dose. Do you have a copy of your latest blood test results with the ranges? If so post on a new question for more comments as too low a dose for our needs can also give us unpleasant symptoms.
Thank you. Just did a new post and reposted my results. Did post on Saturday and got some really helpful advice, but my mind has been working overtime since then, so did it again. (Hope that's ok I don't want to hog the board, but you know you have to do these things while you don't have the brain fog!)
Thank you x they contain lactose, magnesium stearate, maize starch, stearic acid, & pregelatinised maize starch plus the levo. How could I find out without stopping them any ideas? Any allergy testing that specific out there?
what results did it come back with?
Thank you that's such good advice. I hope you are keeping well now xx
Thank you for the links re maize allergy - very interesting stuff xx
