I'm no expert but they don't seem anywhere near right to me. im sure even though you have not shown the ranges of the tests tsh 81.31 is way out. I moan when my tsh is above 1.

I would say you need to increase your dosage.

Firstly though do you take your meds on an empty belly in the morning with just water and nothing else for at least half hour in food tea/coffee etc?

Even though it clearly states in the instructions I did not read the information and took my tabs with coffee in the morning. once I was made aware of how to take them correctly I dropped 25 mcg as I was not giving my body time to absorb meds.

Hi there , I've been upped to 100mg . I take my levo at night time just before I go to bed as it helps with any bloating i get .Asked my doc if this was ok and she was fine about it . As much as i like coffee i seldom drink it apart from the odd latte! I find drinking peppermint t is good as it craves of any hunger and helps with your digestive system . I haven't cut out gluten entirely but i watch what eat x

Hidden What are the ranges for those tests please?

How do you feel?

What has your GP said about those results?

Have you got any older results you can post, with the doses you were on and how they were changed?

With a TSH of 81.31 I am actually surprised you are functioning.

The aim of a treated hypo patient is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it is needed for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges if that is where you feel well.
