Hello thanks so much for all your continued advice and support. As suggested had more blood tests and results as below.

Little difficult to read on my phone but looked at a few results. Your TSH is on the high side. Most of us feel better with a TSH less than one. Sadly that is the only thyroid result and the reading is just a message from the pituitary to tell the thyroid to produce more hormones but without the FT4 and even more importantly the FT3 readings and ranges to see what is actually happening. Just realised I can't access your profile without losing this so I don't know if you are on thyroid meds but if you are a dose increase could be beneficial.
One thing you can work out if you had the other two readings is whether you have a problem of converting the inactive T4 into the active T3 which all the cells in your body need. If that is your problem rather than being underdosed then three things help the body improve this, B12, Folate and Vitamin D. Your B12 could be better, nearer 900 or more, folate there is t a range but again it's better that my first results were but even without the range I feel room for a little improvement. Vit D tends to be low in the U.K and especially at this time of year. A good level as well as helping to improve conversion will help with aching muscles as well. I would ask that to be tested and you would be looking at a figure around 90+. I've heard 125 better for thyroid people but the tests usually, and therefore the medics say a lower figure is acceptable. My apologies for not checking on your status first so parts may not be relevant.
Just read your earlier threads and see already introduced to what I've suggested. May be still a little soon to see much improvement.
I needed to go down the same avenue and 6 months sticks in my memory but may be it was that length of time I left before re testing. I think for D3 my I Italian reading was 26 and I was given a booster dose for 12 weeks, retested and it was high 80's so put on a maintenance dose which had nudged up a little each year.
