Anti-parietal cells are linked with a condition called pernicious anaemia which means an inability to absorb vitamin B12. This is not a direct attack on your thyroid, but a lack of B12 will hamper your ability to convert and use thyroid hormone. B12 deficiency also produces a lot of symptoms that can be similar to underactive thyroid ones, but permanent damage can happen if this is not addressed. There is a PA group with a lot of very helpful & knowledgeable people

Good luck

Thanks Gilian, i have also helicobacter pylori problem, had in the past is well, and i have anti tg thyroglobulin antibodies, which confirm that i have hashimoto as well, i sick and tired with all situation gp in UK useless, i did many of my research in my country, as is much more cheaper. thanks for comment, i will ask for b12 injections then. but i wonder if they accept, because b12 show normal in range 350.
