Underactive thyroid
Anti-parietal cells are linked with a condition called pernicious anaemia which means an inability to absorb vitamin B12. This is not a direct attack on your thyroid, but a lack of B12 will hamper your ability to convert and use thyroid hormone. B12 deficiency also produces a lot of symptoms that can be similar to underactive thyroid ones, but permanent damage can happen if this is not addressed. There is a PA group with a lot of very helpful & knowledgeable people
Good luck
