Just got my testresults back and the nurse said : all normal no action. But I knew better and asked for the numbers and I obviously need and dose increase. Will My doctor normally call me and increase the dose of all I need to make an appointment?

If your nurse has said results are normal and no action required you will need to make an appointment to discuss the results and an increase with your GP.
This NICE quote is from the section on 'subclinical hypothyroidism', but it doesn't seem to say the same in 'overt' - and I'm not really sure what the difference is. Is 'overt' when you have obvious symptoms?
